Experience that works with you

For more than 20 years, the digital economy and agency world was my home, more than ten of them in leadership roles – including as Senior Business Directress and Member of the Board.

I have led teams, carried responsibility for clients, results and change, and worked on culture, structures & processes. Not as an outside observer, but right in the middle of it.

My path

My career began in journalism (Heinrich Bauer Verlag) and developed further at Mediakraft. Five years of self-employment followed, then roles at ProSieben, DDB and Liganova MaSH! (UK), among others.

Along the way, I developed and supported strategies and campaigns for brands such as BMW, the German skilled crafts sector, the Federation of German Volksbanken & Raiffeisenbanken, Church & Dwight, E.ON, Lufthansa, McDonald’s, Mercedes-Benz, MSD and Tinder.

I know the reality behind the role

From the outside, leadership often looks clearer than it feels. Decisions have to be made even though information is missing. Teams need orientation while priorities shift. Necessary changes are obvious – and yet hard to push through and implement across the company.

I know these situations from my own practice – from starting out in my career to leadership and board responsibility, in SMEs as well as in corporations. That is why I coach and consult with a great deal of knowledge, understanding and appreciation for the people who have to deal with decisions and change every day.
