A shared project doesn’t automatically turn colleagues into a team. Effective collaboration requires trust, clear roles, and an open approach to conflict – whether in well-established teams and leadership circles or in new groups that are just beginning to find their footing.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions About
Team Development

Team development is a facilitated process in which a team consciously shapes its collaboration. Depending on the initial situation, the focus is on roles, responsibilities, communication, trust, conflicts, decision-making processes, and/or shared working methods.

A team workshop is appropriate when a clearly defined topic needs to be addressed collectively – for example, a new team assignment, clarifying roles, improving collaboration at interfaces, or launching a new team or leadership group. If multiple topics require time and ongoing support in day-to-day work, a multi-part development process is usually the more suitable approach.

That depends on the team size, starting point, and goal. Options include compact workshops or several days of hands-on sessions spread over several weeks or months. Once the scope of the project has been clarified, the team or leadership group receives a concrete recommendation regarding the scope, process, and appropriate formats.

The manager is an active part of the process and plays a key role in shaping roles, expectations, decisions, and the nature of collaboration. Depending on the topic, we work with the entire team, in leadership constellations, and/or in individual preliminary discussions.

Yes. Team Development can take place on-site, in a hybrid format, or remotely. The most appropriate format depends on the team size, the goal, and the team’s work reality.

Flexibly and tailored to your needs: at your location in the greater Munich and Ingolstadt areas, throughout the DACH region, and remotely. For assignments outside the Munich/Ingolstadt region, we’ll clarify travel and lodging costs transparently in advance.

Costs and scope depend on team size, objectives, format, and the amount of preparation required. After the initial consultation and clarification of the scope of work, you’ll receive a transparent quote for the appropriate process.
