Culture shows itself in how decisions are made, how pressure and conflict are handled – and in what remains unspoken.

When things stall at interfaces, leadership sends contradictory signals or responsibility gets lost, this is rarely down to individual people. These are patterns that have grown within the system.

TARGET GROUP

Who my Culture Transformation is for

Companies and organisations that take working culture seriously, actively live appreciation and do not want to reduce culture to mere mission statements.

The work is particularly valuable in phases of growth, after reorganisations, with a new strategic direction, after mergers or when friction between departments and levels keeps recurring. It can also help preventively, before unresolved tensions become permanently entrenched.

FAQ

FAQs about
Culture
Transformation

Culture Transformation is a facilitated change process that makes the patterns in leadership, collaboration, communication and decision-making visible and develops them in a targeted way. The focus is not on a mission statement alone, but on behaviour in everyday work.

It makes sense when problems at interfaces, unclear responsibilities, contradictory leadership signals or recurring conflicts cannot be solved by measures within a single team. It also provides orientation during growth, reorganisations or a new strategy.

We always start with contracting. After that, it becomes clear which topics have priority and which format fits. Depending on the starting point, the culture diagnostic follows or we work directly on the culture drivers: leadership behaviour, decision-making paths, responsibility and communication.

That depends on size, starting point, goal and the people involved. An initial diagnostic process can be compact; working on new routines and behaviours usually takes time and consistent support in everyday work. After contracting, you receive a recommendation for scope and process.

Leadership plays a central role, because culture shows itself in the decisions, priorities, communication and behaviour of leaders. However, change does not succeed through leadership alone: key people and employees need to help shape and live the new ways of working in everyday life.

Yes. Interviews, workshops and development formats can be designed on site, hybrid or remotely. We decide which setting suits you based on goal, participants and working reality.

Flexible and individual: on site with you in the greater Munich and Ingolstadt area, across the entire DACH region and remotely. For assignments outside the Munich/Ingolstadt region, we clarify travel and accommodation costs transparently in advance.
