We’ll get to know each other and see if we click. You’ll describe your situation and your concerns, and I’ll explain my approach. Together, we’ll determine whether and how working together makes sense.
We’ll also discuss the terms and conditions, fees, and possible formats for your coaching sessions in a transparent manner.
Scoping the Assignment
40–60 minutes · fee-based
Our strategic kickoff: we’ll refine your initial focus area, prioritize other topics and agree on a clear framework for our collaboration. We’ll discuss the terms and determine how many sessions we’ll start with – typically six to ten, depending on the topic and goal. Let’s make GOOD LEADERSHIP work!

Executive sparring is a focused 90-minute format designed for a specific, urgent situation. Leadership coaching supports you over the course of several sessions and provides space to gain a deep understanding of issues and work through them step by step.
After clarifying the scope of the engagement, you’ll receive a specific recommendation for getting started. Typically, a coaching process consists of six to ten sessions; depending on the topic, role, and goal, the appropriate number may vary. We regularly review progress and adjust the scope together as needed.
